A Paradise for Children

Children are welcome guests at Suvretta House. There is a kindergarten with a professional supervisor. We even have a restaurant reserved just for the little princesses and princes, the Teddy Club. Suvretta House is an ideal place for families with children both in winter and in summer, with a variety of seasonal opportunities for play, sports and excursions.

Teddy's Club children's restaurant

The children are all together here and can tuck in to their hearts’ content. The meals are nutritionally balanced and specially tailored to our young guests’ tastes.
Open daily from 6 to 7:30 p.m.

Kindergarten for children from three years old

Your children are in good hands with our kindergarten teachers. Singing, playing, making things, romping around – nobody in the kindergarten knows the meaning of boredom. And there are lots of exciting things to discover close to Suvretta House: in summer, the young guests can use the hotel’s own playground with swings, slides and climbing frame, and every winter, an amazing snow sculpture with a slide is built in the hotel garden.

Use of the kindergarten and child care are free of charge for residing guests.
Open Mondays to Saturdays, from 9 a.m. to 12 noon and from 2:30 to 7 p.m.

Snowly, the Swiss Snow League’s mascot, accompanies the would-be sports aces through the fun park on the practice slope, where the children learn winter sports techniques in a playful way. The ski run begins right behind the hotel. The children do not have to cross any dangerous roads or even use a bus. The instructors teach in several languages and have a maximum of eight children in each group. On request, the children can also join them for lunch.
